A company located in Twinsburg, OH has an immediate direct hire opportunity for a Contract Administrator role! The Contract Administrator is responsible for daily support of the Sales Specialists and Regional Sales Managers throughout the sales process, beginning with Opportunity creation and Quotation and ending with the processing of the Customer Order. In addition to processing quotations and orders, the Contract Administrator is also responsible for Service Contract Renewals, preparing check requisitions, credit memos and addendum letters as needed, creating and/or maintaining customer accounts and opportunities in Siebel, and providing other support when needed in the Sales Administration Department. Superior customer service is a key offering of this position. Essential Functions and Responsibilities • Support Sales Specialists and Regional Sales Managers in all administrative tasks. • Create Sales and Service Opportunities. • Create Sales Quotations for units, options, billable parts and consumables for all modalities. • Create Service Maintenance Agreements to be sold with the purchase of a unit and/or to be sold after expiration of current contract. • Process Sales Orders and Service Maintenance Agreements upon receipt of signed contract from customers. • Preparation of select weekly/monthly/quarterly reports for review by Manager of Sales Contract Administration. • Perform administrative tasks as requested. • All additional duties as needed.
