Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is a senior position that reports directly to the Director of IT. We are currently looking for a specialist who will be given the range of creativity to help implement systems within the IT department.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of the Salesforce implementation.
  • Answer any support/enhancement requests from internal users.
  • Help maximize operational systems performance and data integrity by overseeing performance, troubleshooting issues and monitoring user behaviors.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Performs/Supervise the training of new and existing users on new system changes and/or enhancements.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce system preferred OR must be able to demonstrate advanced skills in Salesforce
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Certified Administrator
  • US work authorization
