Job Description
The Oracle Sales Cloud (OSC) Administrator will be responsible for managing the Oracle Sales Cloud application, including ongoing configuration updates, maintenance, and support of the application long-term. They will work closely with Smiths Medical sales teams to ensure thorough understanding of new requirements and perform future configuration changes and drive on-going system upgrades.
The candidate will be known as the expert of the Oracle Sales Cloud system and perform system administrator tasks such as:
  • Implement and test new enhancement requests
  • Manage security, users, roles, profiles, groups, territories, forecasts, etc.
  • Develop use cases and test the system post upgrades or maintenance patches being applied
Support includes documenting and maintaining existing and future business process and providing Oracle Sales Cloud Administration support and training for the sales department.
Creation/maintenance of business process mapping, requirements and training materials documentation
Design, create and generate summary and specified reports and dashboards which represent data in brief and intelligible format, suitable for the target audience, which includes sales, marketing and leadership.
Engage others, promote, and participate in Environmental, Health, and Safety initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject matter such as mathematics, operations management, business administration or equivalent.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies and experience in Sales or Sales Operations
Experience with Oracle products especially OSC (specifically Groovy scripting language and Java development) highly desired.
Experience implementing and configuring sales cloud solutions for 100+ users would be desirable.
Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and creating/ deploying solutions to end users
Outstanding knowledge of essential business practices
Excellent project management skills
Competent with Microsoft Office suite. Expert user of Excel is required
Bi-lingual (English + 1 addtl language) is desirable
