Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide office support – establish and maintain files, composing and typing of correspondence
  • Meeting management, plan catering, confirm billing for correctness, meeting room management and provide general clean up in conference areas
  • Prepare reports and provide assistance with special projects as needed
  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, ordering supplies as needed, placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies
  • Provide assistance with special projects such as holiday and corporate events, special reporting and management meetings
  • Provide backup assistance in different departments including the reception area as needed
  • Experienced with salesforce, CRM 365 OR oracle

Qualifications:

  • At least two years previous experience
  • Excellent business, communication and organization skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines and changing priorities
  • Experience in planning events including support for large meetings, training sessions, off-site events and site events
  • Some analytical ability is needed in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems
  • Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and internet applications
  • Able to type up to 60wpm

Hours are:

Monday through Friday

8am – 5pm

The pay is $21.00 an hour
