Kforce has a client in search of a CRM Database Marketing Analyst in Orlando, Florida (FL).
The CRM Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for working with our IT department and 3rd party vendors to integrate data from different systems. The Analyst will work to validate and provide UAT support to the integration process. The Analyst will utilize the data to analyze and provide insights to power our marketing teams as well as support our Guest Relations teams inquiries into customer profile data.
- Analyzes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system data in response to marketing initiatives
- Scrutinizes various data feeds from MGD, ODS (i.e. OpenTable, Ziosk, BI, Check Level Analytics, SMS, ESPs and Marketing Data Mart, Loyalty Pilot) to quantify and segment marketing audience by Brands, demographic segments, restaurant locations and guest behavior
- Uses SQL to query Oracle tables to confirm backend data flows are integrated as expected
- Employs various reporting tools to assist in validation efforts (i.e. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Excel, etc.)
