Must have experience with a CRM implementation and solid BI reporting skills. This person will also act as the CRM administrator to define many custom user roles that provide varying levels of data access across a single account and so that the CFO, the sales manager, and marketing team can access, update, delete, or change different data based on their needs and the security settings of the tool. CRM candidate will support at least 60 business development people. They are using Oracle Apex but do not have to have that particular experience, however it would be great if the candidate had BI experience on the title or real estate side.
