This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Use a variety of technologies (SQL Server, Oracle, Visual Studio, Microstrategy, Salesforce) and business data to help LendersOne and the Business Unit
- Help maintain database to track and report on key member & corporate metrics to drive retention, improve efficiency, and enhance value to all stakeholders
- Use data to run a variety of advanced analytic/risk models that can help drive decision-making for both tactical and strategic purposes including assessments of existing products, new products, member consultation, and process improvement
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Knowledge in creating SQL queries is highly beneficial. Exposure to Tableau, major databases (Oracle & SQL Server), and CRM’s (Salesforce). Familiarity with SnowFlake and Posman preferred
- Background in the mortgage industry strongly preferred, or experience in banking/financial services industries (investments, trusts, portolios, financial assets)
- Strong reporting skills in MS Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.) and MS Access
- A highly analytical ability, yet skilled at distilling complex ideas and data into meaningful and actionable business insights
