Volt has partnered with a leading automotive manufacturer in Irvine to help identify multiple Entry Level Customer Service Reps to work in the Consumer Affairs department.
In this role you will:
- take incoming calls regarding warranty related issues, product liability issues, recalls, or any escalated issue that a dealer cannot handle
- analyze and respond to call customer cases via phone and email
- data processing and obtaining approval of customer reimbursements, goodwill requests, re-purchase requests and replacement vehicle requests
- documentation and administration of all customer cases into Siebel
No experience is required, just a completed Bachelor's degree and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidates come from the hospitality, retail and restaurant industries.
Positions are temporary for 1 year with most of our employees being hired on and moved into new roles inside and outside the department. This company offers a great team oriented, positive atmosphere with lots of opportunity for upward mobility.
Pay is $18/hr to start and hours are full time, usually being M-F from 8am - 5pm.
