This position is for an Oracle CX Engagement Cloud Specialist in the business unit. The position will be posted using a range of an Functional System Analyst Associate - Functional System Analyst Senior and filled at the level based on education, skills and experience. Willing to consider Mid through Senior level candidates - ***Ideal candidate would have experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud. Technical experience in configuring oracle engagement cloud isn't absolutely necessary, but someone who understands the product or other CRM solutions like Salesforce would be fitting. This position will center on understanding business requirements and customer business scenarios.

The Engagement Cloud Specialist that will have the following principal accountabilities:
Responsible for understanding and confirming business requirements, designing, and
configuring the solution in Oracle Engagement Cloud.
Support the Product Owner with configuration changes and administrative support
Responsible for understanding business requirements and determining feasibility in Oracle Engagement Cloud working closely and collaborating with IT Engagement Cloud Specialist.
Responsible for building custom reports, dashboards, and analytics in OBIEE, part of the Oracle Engagement Cloud solution
Experience with master data management and database concepts
Must Demonstrate ability to understand customer business scenarios and come up with innovative solution
Strong communication, team building, and support skills
Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and leadership
Ability to self-start, critically think, and problem solve
Ability to learn quickly
Preferred Experience or Skills:
Functional architect or business administrator of an application
Experience using or configuring Oracle Engagement Cloud, or other CRM sales and service application
Sales and Customer Service Process Experience lead and opportunity management
Understanding of Oracle Sales / Engagement Cloud analytics or other reporting & analytics application
Oracle Fusion Applications such as HCM, ERP
Experience with groovy scripting and extensions in Oracle Fusion applications
Utilities experience is a nice to have but not required
Implementation experience or involved in end-to-end implementations of Oracle Sales or Engagement Cloud with CRM Background.
Experience in end-to-end implementation of Oracle Partner relationship Management.
Education: Associate or Bachelor degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Math or Statistics
Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Math or Statistics Field preferred
Experience: 5 Years of Experience with Bachelors Degree
7 Years of Experience with Associates Degree
