•**'s IT Commercial team has a need for a Sr. Business Analyst. This role will be an individual contributor responsible for partnering with functional stakeholders and IT team to deliver solutions related to different commercial applications.
The candidate will work closely with the Commercial lead, and partner with internal Technical Leaders in Salesforce.com space, other cross-functional IT team members and partner/vendor delivery team members to deliver scalable solutions.
Consult and liaise with functional stakeholders to gather and confirm business requirements
Develop user stories and to-be process flows to support the design and development of Salesforce solutions.
Understand business process, use cases, requirements, product functions, system integrations and data flow in depth
Provide support to key stakeholders in managing system and process changes
Work closely with technical team to translate business requirements into technology design and solution
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
Lead integration testing with integration and vendor team members
Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Both business process savvy and technology savvy. Ability to learn quickly in both business domain and technology domain
Familiar with SDLC (software development life cycle) and Agile methodology
Familiar with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence
Familiar with change management and training methodology
Experience in creating, maintaining and supporting all application development artifacts including user stories, process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, business rule definitions, design documents, user manuals and training materials
Salesforce certification is preferred
Experience in Salesforce CPQ is preferred
