Our client delivers connected dental software and services, combined with expert business coaching, to help practices improve every aspect of practice management and grow profits. Our platform for integrated applications lets dental technology connect, share data and automate more tasks, creating a new digital workflow that helps teams work smarter and more efficiently.. The team is currently using Oracle Siebel and JD Edwards and is planning to upgrade the platform to go to ServiceMax that runs on Salesforce platform. This will be connected to a Salesforce system to show customer info, what machines, what history, warranty, and contracts. This will integrate with ERP system JD Edwards.
Our client is looking for a QA Lead Analyst for a 9 month contract.
-The ideal candidate has to be an expert in ServiceMax and Salesforce and the integration between the two systems.
-Mentor more junior quality assurance engineers in regard to best practices with a basic ability to explain technical concepts in written and verbal forms.
-Ability to coordinate the testing and testing requirements with the backend team.
-Establish a high level of code quality by executing test cases at the acceptance testing level as part of the functional testing or regression testing of the product
-Assist team members and technical support in identifying and resolving customer issues and product defects
-As400/MuleSoft and Oracle Siebel-is a plus.
-Provide release support during production software deployment.
-Write concise, complete, well organized test cases, bug reports and status reports.
-Participate in set-up, configuration and maintenance of software test environments.
-Good knowledge of test cases, test plans, and test suites.
-Good ability to remain current on new quality assurance processes within the software industry.
-Advanced ability to interpret and execute test cases stored in applicable test management software.
