Position Alignment
  1.  Strategic

  • Owner of the Enterprise Wide Systems Strategy (EWSS) and the Enterprise Architecture
  • Primary interface into the EWSS Steering Committee through formal program management related reporting related to EWSS milestones execution EWSS initiative risks. 
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders to identify existing challenges and future improvements, prioritize needs and develop processes and systems improvement roadmap. Represent the internal stakeholders when developing solutions with cross-functional partners.
  • Leading the discovery process and partner with cross-functional teams of business users, admins, developers, and engineers to identify, design, implement and test appropriate solutions to business processes, systems or reporting capabilities gaps
  • Acting as a SME on ERP, financial and CRM systems usage best practices
  • Leading the Data Governance efforts across the organization and ensure clean, comprehensive and consistent data management across processes and systems

20% 2.  Process Improvement and Change Management

  • Driving process improvement opportunities in collaboration with the business teams and support function to enable efficiency, scale and increased used of automation
  • Managing the creation and maintenance of supporting documentation, the change management process and delivery training for end-users in partnership with the HR/Training function
  • Leading the preparation and communication of systems and process changes with clearly identified impacts to the business supported by comprehensive business cases.
  • Partnering with the HR/Training function in the development of end user training and support pre and post- deployment of new business system capabilities.

30% 3.  Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Own the business intelligence and data analytics strategy and operational execution, including ETL, data warehousing, development of analytical reports and dashboards, and data extracts
  • Drive increase use of self-serve reporting internally and for customers and partners

25% 4.  Partner & Program Management

  • Primary interface to 3rd party consultants engaged in the development of the planning, architecture, design and implementation of the EWSS
  • Management of 3rd party vendors engaged to manage/support all business applications across the enterprise.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of Process Improvement, Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, or related field experience.
  • Proven experience modernizing monolithic legacy applications into a modular integrated best-of-breed system architecture
  • Experience in digital transformation and ERP systems implementation and process development/re-engineering and SaaS order to cash applications
  • Hands on experience using Enterprise Architecture (EA) frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman, etc.)
  • Proven experience modernizing monolithic legacy applications into a modular integrated best-of-breed system architecture
  • Experience with systems architecture, integration, and business intelligence in a both cloud and on-premises data environments
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, including Microsoft PowerBI, data warehousing, and ETL processes
  • Strong understanding of integration architecture, including relevant technologies such as iPaaS, JSON, XML, SOAP& REST APIs
  • Strong understanding of relational data structures, data analytics and visualization
  • General knowledge of process improvement techniques and general business operations
  • Experience with Salesforce.com CRM, and ERP systems (MS Dynamics, Oracle Netsuite, etc.) integrations
  • General knowledge of various software development life cycles and best practices
  • Excellent ability to lead or participate in change initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver consistent results on projects
  • Ability to collaborate with many types of end users and other stakeholders and operate effectively in situations with high complexity and varying degrees of clarity
  • Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking, interpersonal, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • CISA, PMP certified; an MBA is desired
  • Experience in a complex multifaceted electronics design & manufacturing environment with a broad portfolio of hardware, software, and engineering and field services solutions
  • Telecommunications industry and BSS/OSS experience
  • Experience with Field Service Management systems strongly preferred
