Open enrollment/Customer service - Contract position
$16/hour during training (5 weeks) after training $19.50/hour
Hours - Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm
WFH while COVID - could return to office in tempe at some point
contract is guaranteed until January 2021!!
- Provides detailed Open Enrollment consultation as it pertains to the entire Open Enrollment setup in Workforce Now. Responds timely to all client inquiries and ensures that our clients feel fully supported during their Open Enrollment season.
- Maintains appropriate, detailed project notes in Siebel, case management system. Ensures that case notes are professionally written and are able to be understood by related parties. Maintains the service organizations that are set by the business unit and corporate management regarding client and project handling, i.e. Incident closure, task closure, client response SLA, and others as appropriate. Must update notes in agreed upon SLA window set by the Open Enrollment business unit.
