Robert Half Technology has an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce Administrator who is proficient at and enjoys solving problems involving multiple layers of complexity. This position will lead the continued development of a Sales and Marketing system and process in Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail as well as be proficient at complex problem solving. The Salesforce Administrator role is a fully remote long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.

Your responsibilities in this role

- Establish the baseline for system performance, recognize deviation, and suggest and implement improvements to slow running queries

- Provide day-to-day support and Salesforce administration

- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns and other salesforce objects and functions

- Create new reporting capabilities and respond to ad hoc reporting requests as needed

- Maintain and design advanced Reports, Dashboards and Business Process automation

- Proactively seek out and identify system changes
