About the Domain

The Salesforce Competency Center is accountable for the delivery of all Salesforce initiatives across the Enterprise. It also provides oversight and governance of platform technology, defines standards, and owns platform support and release management functions. As part of the broader Enterprise Strategy, Data, and Architecture organization, the Salesforce CoE owns the strategic roadmap for Salesforce and its surrounding ecosystem at the bank.

About the Job

The Salesforce Tech Lead will join the Salesforce Delivery team and be part of multiple Salesforce delivery initiatives. This role envisions a broad array of Salesforce centric skills combined with experience working in large and complex implementation initiatives spanning across multiple business units and technology divisions.

  • Experience working in large scale technology delivery initiatives
  • Broad experience with multiple technology platforms and products
  • 2+ Yrs Salesforce experience (Admin Cert preferred)

Business

  • Financial industry background
  • Ability to speak the language of business community and communicate well with business stakeholders

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with large, and complex technology implementations across multiple domains
  • Experience with all phases of SDLC and various delivery methodologies including Agile
