Solution Manager, IT Americas

Our client is seeking a unique individual to strengthen our team.

As the Solution Manager, IT Americas, you will be familiar with the commercial dynamics and the functional and technical aspects of the CRM system. In this role you will partner with appropriate stakeholders and work together to deliver value for patients.

You are agile, strategic, team player, enthusiastic and with a positive mindset.

The role is based in Atlanta GA., USA

Main responsibilities:

As the Solution Manager, IT Americas, you will:

Create an enterprise architecture landscape within the CRM area and surrounding platforms (BI, Marketing, Digital tools etc.)
Manage customer master data to ensure consistent use and understanding of customer data
Work closely with the Analytics and Reporting teams to ensure they have the needed data
Responsible to run different releases through the year to maintain CRM platform up to date.
Provide expert advice and guidance to the organization on CRM solutions and services, while leading the efforts to increase their adoption and usability
Ensure service delivery and day to day support for the existing CRM applications as well as identifying new functionality required to support business objectives.
Ensure that all components of the CRM system integrate effectively into the overall IT Architecture and meet all regulatory and compliance guidelines.

Computer Science or similar degree
4-6 yeas of experienced with CRM solutions application management, development, and support of a remote sales force
CRM admin/developer certified. (Salesforce, Siebel, IQVIA or other)
Demonstrated strong experience in functional & technical analysis/design
Ability to navigate through rapid changes, flexibility and imagination to adapt
Enjoys working with high energy individuals to solve different challenges.
