What you do:

This position exists to provide administration services to the enterprise for customer relationship management (CRM) and related applications. Key business customers include Distribution Marketing, Internal & External Sales, Sales Development and Strategic Accounts. The main functions include CRM Administration & User Management, Data Management, and Campaign Management.

A successful candidate will have background in:

* Campaign Management, executes and maintains campaigns of all types across product lines for broadcast voicemail, email and usmail campaigns and calling campaigns. Builds lists and loads them to appropriate systems. Tracks data necessary to measure campaign results. Understands enterprise level campaign initiatives and ensures requests are in alignment.
* CRM Administration & Data Management; executes on database management requests such as removing data redundancies from FMO and B/D files, CRM data cleanup and researching FMO and Agent issues. Works with CRM and ITS staff on system enhancements, bugs and production support.
* Project participation, works on projects under Principal or management supervision. Performs role of business expert, application expert, user acceptance tester and assists in change management, able to execute pre-written test plans on CRM.
* Marketing analysis, leads and provided assistance on various analytical projects for marketing division and its clients. The analytical projects may vary from standard and periodic to complex and ad-hoc.

* Two-year degree required
* 2-3 years of experience required with the following:
* Experience with CRMs, reporting, database focus, financial Services industry, understanding of Marketing & Sales business & needs

Preferred Qualifications Description

* Four-year degree preferred, MIS or related field
* 4-5 years of experience preferred with the following:
* Experience with CRMs, reporting, database focus, financial Services industry, understanding of Marketing & Sales business & needs
