**CRM Business Implementation Analyst**

The CRM Business Implementation Analyst is responsible for the continuous improvement, support, and maintenance of Oracle Financing (OFD) CRM system. Focusing on automation of sales processes, data integrity, and end user adoption. The CRM Business Implementation Analyst will work alongside team members, to discover, design, and implement application enhancements across multiple systems.

**Responsibilities**

+ Work with key stakeholders to document business requirements for OFD CRM and other sales system projects

+ Lead and document project meetings, issues, and key decisions

+ Works well with all levels of the organization, and successfully manage cross-departmental expectations

+ Keep up-to-date on product releases schedules, analyze the impact to the OFD CRM environment, and recommend new features for implementation

+ Respond to end user issues, monitor activities to proactively indentify areas for improvement to ensure user adoption and data reliability

+ Work alongside the Business Applications team to make sure quarterly updates are implemented successfully

+ Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute user acceptance testing

+ Work closely with business users to perform UAT and ensure successful roll-out of new enhancements to end users

+ Responsible for reporting and managing bugs in Jira

+ Research and provide guidance on implementation of other CRM modules to meet business needs

**Skill Set:**

+ Minimum of 3-5 years of business systems work

+ A sense of curiosity and willingness to learn

+ Self-starter with a proven track record in end to end project management

+ Working experience with CRM systems

+ Working experience with Customer Data Management a plus

+ Working experience with Microsoft Office tools (Work, Excel. PowerPoint)

+ Experience working on global system projects

+ Excellent analytical and communication skills

+ Ability to work on complex projects and think outside the box

+ Detailed oriented

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Responsibilities**

As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

**Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated location(s)**

California Pay Range: from $87,300 to $170,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Colorado Pay Range: from $82,500 to $153,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

New York City Pay Range: from $82,500 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Washington Pay Range: from $92,200 to $161,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
