Description

Pro Staff has a 3 month contract position available for an experienced CRM Database Analyst for a client located near the Kansas City midtown area.  This is a part-time position working approximately 24 hours a week.  

Essential Duties:
•Work with data to ensure its accuracy and integrity across the CRM Database.
•Prepare data files in CRM Database to facilitate segmented customer analysis through extricating database records to efficiently utilize database marketing strategy, applying the 80/20 rule to help increase profits through best customer exploration.
•CRM Database Daily check for Errors. Clear user-resolvable errors so that system resumes normal operation while auditing POSCRM processes to ensure all are current to date through daily log and posting of rejected transactions. For unresolved issues, initiate Service Request with Epicor and/or via IT where required. Using multi-channel transaction, activity, and behavioral data combined with attribute data, apply integrated marketing as a systematic strategy in determining list selection for direct mail campaigns, defining targeted promotions specific to individual customers.
•Prepare CRM Database for periodic Web Import and manual consolidation process of e-mails from web site through Microsoft Access Database.
•Prepare CRM Database for e-mail launch in conjunction with e-mail vendor (currently BOLD Internet Solutions).
•Prepare syntax and analyze target customers for mailers using selection criteria based upon written work orders issued by the Director of Marketing. Mail lists to Direct-Mail House Vendor (currently Quality Mail Marketing). Metrics monitored include responses and revenue generated per campaign. Must apply marketing analytics to improve list segmentation and targeting, and to measure the effectiveness of direct mail and email campaigns.
•End of workday, prepare for system log-off through checks of any Aborted and/or Suspended processes to ensure system integrity. Clear as necessary prior to log-off.
•Perform data analysis via selection of precise syntax to arrive at targeted marketing lists for direct mail pieces while managing tracking mechanisms within the database.
•Prepare CRM Database for quarterly NCOA imports and exports necessary to automate changes of address with NCOA vendor (currently Quality Mail Marketing). Execute NCOA records updates to CRM Database to ensure legal compliance with postal regulations in direct mail campaigns coordinated with Marketing Department.
•Incumbent accountable for correcting any errors inadvertently discovered in CRM Database customer records through periodic monitoring while performing other scheduled maintenance.
