CRM & Digital Marketing Manager

Reporting to the CMO, this highly influential role will be responsible for the development and execution of a CRM and database marketing strategy across the entire FullSpeed portfolio. With a huge database in place, there is substantial opportunity to make a significant impact on company growth. Additionally, this position will provide thought leadership across all digital media, becoming the company SME and helping to drive media ROI improvements in both corporate and franchise centers.

Responsibilities

· Analyze current situation and provide recommendations to drive enhanced execution of CRM and loyalty strategies

· Identify data, partner/platform, and technology gaps to optimizing CRM

· Own and execute CRM campaign strategies to increase car counts by leveraging email, SMS, digital media, social media, and direct mail

· Provide thought leadership and supporting rationale for improved digital media mix across the portfolio

· Partner with brand marketing leads to share best practices and optimize media ROI

· Educate and motivate franchisees to improve media mix and ROI

· Perform database customer analyses to proactively provide insights to key business questions

· Develop continuous test & learn program
