You will be responsible for monitoring relationships with existing customers through CRM systems, ensuring the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel, and developing and implementing marketing techniques. You will work closely with the Head of Brand Strategy and Customer Experience to build a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors to achieve acquisition, retention, and reengagement. You will enhance our customer feedback mechanism, upon which best practices are built. You will develop new CRM channels and foster existing ones to pilot marketing strategies and track performance in both customer retention and prospection.

What you'll do

* Lead the CRM team by defining an effective CRM strategy to ensure acquisition, retention, and reengagement of customers across all steps of their journey
* Collaborate closely with various stakeholders (including Head of Product) to clarify outcomes and timelines and develop a holistic brand and customer experience strategy
* Build a target consumer database through channels like email marketing
* Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective consumers
* Set specific marketing strategies and loyalty programs to retain customers
* Research and implement marketing strategies to both attract new consumers and retain current consumers
* Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
* Review and select CRM software that meets our company's needs
* Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
* Increase customer engagement with Lingo

Qualifications

* 10+ years of relevant experience including 5+ years in managing high-performing teams
* Proven track record in CRM management leading to significant financial and business impact
* Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for building customer relationships
* University degree in marketing or similar discipline
* Familiarity with healthcare industry is a plus
