Salesforce QA Engineer Job Details:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive test plans for CRM Salesforce system.
- Conduct functional, regression, and integration testing to identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
- Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Perform thorough defect tracking and reporting, ensuring all defects are documented and resolved in a timely manner.
- Work closely with developers and business analysts to understand system requirements and ensure proper test coverage.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM Salesforce testing.

Salesforce QA Engineer Mandatory Skills:
- 2+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with a focus on CRM Salesforce testing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
- Proficient in creating and executing test cases, test scripts, and test data.
- Experience with defect tracking and reporting tools, such as JIRA or Bugzilla.
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Salesforce QA Engineer Desired Skills:
- Salesforce certification, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder.
- Experience with automated testing tools, such as Selenium or Salesforce DX.
- Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce development.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
