About the Role: GPS Capital Markets is looking for a CRM Specialist to join our team. This person’s responsibility is to assist our CRM Administrator/Architect in maintaining, improving, and troubleshooting our existing Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing and other Power Apps systems. They would be a liaison between employees of various departments and our CRM in gathering business requirements, conducting training, and providing solutions to our end users. The CRM Specialist must have a service-first mindset, great analytical skills, solid communication and organizational skills, and collaborate well with others. Role Responsibilities: Assists in the design and development of data and reporting functions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing Meets with members of internal departments to gather business requirements, conduct training, and providing custom tailored solutions to our end users. Implementation of CRM activities, behaviors, knowledge building, and business intelligence initiatives relative to staff and activities Serves as a liaison between CRM and other company departments. Contributes to continual process and people management innovation, supporting the effective delivery of solutions. Understands and communicates business needs to the team. Works closely with the Data & Technology team to help integrate resources, tools, and data. Requirements Required Qualifications: Minimum of 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Marketing or other Power Apps as a super user or junior administrator. (Model Driven Apps experience preferred, but Canvas Apps acceptable) Proven track record of identifying and solving problems within the context of the Power Platform. Experience with Microsoft Office, Power Platform, Outlook and other digital platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to organize multitude of tasks, projects and information simultaneously Certification on Dynamics or Salesforce CRM systems preferred Ability to develop effective communication, including presentation decks, frameworks and insights Excellent time management skills Location: Salt Lake City, UT Travel: This position may require up to (10% travel) What We Offer Competitive renumeration and incentives.
