The Director, Global CRM will serve as the strategic partner with Global Commercial and Medical affairs teams in support of the launch and commercialization of BeiGene's Oncology portfolio in North America and Europe. This position will manage the implementation roadmap and daily operations of the CRM tool across many geographies and many business departments. This position will manage, mentor and support a team dedicated for implementation and support of CRM tools working with a CRM vendor.

This position will report to the Exec Director, Commercial Operations and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Business Planning, Med Affairs & IT organizations. This position will drive continuous improvements in CRM tools and identify innovative ways of provisioning key business strategies to help the Commercial organization achieve desired business outcomes.

This position will play a critical role in helping drive commercialization and sales effectiveness by providing CRM solutions that help execute on business strategies. This position will collaborate closely with Data Strategy, Data Infrastructure functions and work to develop performance and productivity metrics, proactively establish innovative solutions to elevate compliance, and maximize utility of CRM tools across the organization.

_A key role for this position will be to lead integration of Digital automation initiatives including Multi-Channel Marketing efforts with CRM systems._

**Essential Functions of the job:**

+ Bring deep expertise in CRM Platforms to BeiGene and help implement solutions that drive execution of business strategies. Collaborate with Sales, Medical affairs teams to design, enhance and implement a highly customized CRM solution in North America and EU

+ Engage with the Sales & Medical Affairs organization in developing a multi-year CRM capability roadmap that aligns with key objectives/priorities of the business stakeholders. Setup a periodic Review process to incorporate changes to the roadmap as necessary

+ Partner with Business Analytics team to apply the strategic initiatives into the CRM & Mobile CRM tools for seamless execution of strategy

+ Be responsible for ensuring highest integrity, consistency and quality in the solutions being delivered to business partners

+ Work with Marketing Operations teams to make appropriate digital media available to the field teams through the field tools

+ Participate in the development and integration of BeiGene's Customer Master & Master Data Management process as per North America and European standards

+ lead integration of Digital automation initiatives including Multi-Channel Marketing efforts with CRM systems

+ Bring deep expertise to create operationally sustainable processes.

+ Manage expectations from Europe business partners by implementing local language options in CRM where necessary

+ Partners with business leaders to understand their needs, and works to ensure system integrations and data flows are properly prioritized, scoped, delivered and managed in support of business requirements

+ Conduct ongoing research into industry and technology trends. Evaluates, summarizes and presents key trends with potential to impact IT capabilities especially into iPad and Mobile enabled technologies

+ Partner with Training teams to provide efficient and effective training on Data and tools to the Sales teams

+ Establish operational reliability and readiness of all solutions prior to transitioning into production through quality assurance testing, assisting in user acceptance testing and review of various production transition plans

+ Establish a post launch support architecture to enable field force to have a reliable and quick support infrastructure for the tools

+ Develop good understanding of the security, compliance and business continuity needs of the business and IT teams, and setup necessary checkpoints as part of the solution architecture framework to address the same

+ Provide support, mentorship and empowerment to the team managing implementation and daily support of CRM solutions

+ Attract, develop and retain talent through effective leadership competencies

**Qualifications:**

+ Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred

+ 10+ years of Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry working in Commercial operations, Sales operations or related experience supporting CRM

+ Experience establishing and leading a Commercial Operations function preferred. Looking for good team management skills both direct and matrix.

+ Familiarity with Medical Affairs related operations is a plus

+ Experience with secondary data assets from SHA or IQVIA highly desired

+ Experience with Customer master, Data Change Management is a must

+ Experience with Marketing automation platform highly desirable

+ **Extensive experience with CRM tools (Veeva, OCE, Saleforce), salesforce effectiveness & Business Intelligence reports is a must**

+ Strong data knowledge with pharmaceutical business knowledge and technical aptitude to define and advance commercial solutions

+ Knowledge of EU compliance and experience with EU CRM desired

+ Excellent written / verbal communication skills and presentation and project management skills

+ Ability to coordinate needs assessments across the commercial organization, and an ability to deliver a comprehensive solution to those needs

+ Demonstrated ability to work well within a matrixed environment, and an ability to build solid relationships / make connections across the organization

+ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and solid business acumen with the ability to manage and provision large amounts of data to enable business analysis with high level of performance and trust

+ Ability to articulate complex technical problems and solutions to a wide business audience and communicate solution value

+ Must be able to identify operational weakness and implement corrective action / plan

+ Proven ability to grow and develop others
