This team, part of the Chief Marketing Office (CMO), partners with cross-functional leaders to collaborate and redefine our engagement strategies and provide exceptionally timely, differentiated, and relevant messages that drive deeper relationships and support across inbound and outbound consumer, patient and HCP experiences to positively impact health outcomes both in the US and Internationally.


This position will support the strategic goals of the CRM team by improving the collection of consented, secure 1st party data (1PD) from our US patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers (HCP) while fully respecting market-leading privacy principles and regulations. 1PD utilization including personal identifiable information (PII) facilitates Pfizers ability to reach our external stakeholders with more timely, personalized, and relevant content, improving overall satisfaction and contributing to improved medical outcomes. The primary responsibility of this position is to optimize efforts to collect 1PD across Pfizer websites via optimizations such as by changing information submission forms, by testing different authentication methods, and by improving the value exchange strategy and call to action verbiage across customer-facing touchpoints. In addition, the role will buildout a capability to offer our website visitors additional flexibility to opt down instead of opting out by testing and deploying a new webform capturing communication preferences. The role will utilize US 1PD internal reporting dashboards (built by a development team) as the lead US CRM 1PD expert across all Pfizer Biopharma brands. Pfizer content in scope will include consumer touch points (paid media, websites and landing pages, mobile apps, email, direct mail, SMS, WhatsApp), HCP touch points (paid media, websites and landing pages, PfizerPro, email, direct mail) and other paid, owned and earned US media.

As a member of the US CRM Audience Strategy team, reporting to the US CRM Audience Strategy Team Lead, this role will partner with US colleagues (and occasionally with global colleagues) to support their personalized content and marketing strategies.


Facilitates Pfizers efforts to make our communications more helpful, personalized and impactful by improving Pfizers collection of durable and consented 1PD

Develops an expert understanding of the value exchange motivating website visitors to share 1PD with Pfizer

Protects patient, caregiver and HCP trust by ensuring that 1PD usage is tailored to the preferences of the individual, as measured by 1PD submission, consent, opt-out and opt-down data

Leads the analytics and monitoring of 1PD collection for the US, utilizing internal dashboards that detail CRM 1PD progress and channel health per brand

Utilizes Adobe Analytics to explore web traffic into 1PD collection websites and landing pages, sharing learnings and best practices as helpful

Utilizes Adobe Experiments or Adobe Test & Target to test hypotheses, gain proof points and scale best practices as demonstrated by tests

Explores the testing and deployment of social sign-on (SSO) methods to conveniently and securely authenticate website visitors

Partners with AdTech CDP team and internal engineers to connect 1PD collection forms with Pfizer authentication and CDP solutions

Utilizes website analytics and A/B test solutions to improve 1PD collection across websites and other external touchpoints

Complies with all Privacy policies and data protection regulations established by Pfizer, in close partnership with Pfizer Legal and Pfizer Digital


Bachelors degree with 10+ years of relevant experience

Intermediate working knowledge and capabilities with Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics

5+ years experience working with data and analytics in CRM

Experience leveraging data to test and optimize strategies and campaigns over time to maximize success rates and return on investment

Experience partnering closely with Legal and Compliance to understand the specifics of data and analytics guidelines in various markets

Exhibit a strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization

Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing in English


Advanced degree in Marketing or Business

5+ yearsexperience in a healthcare environment, preferably pharmaceutical industry or related consulting services, sufficient to have developed a deep understanding of the global payer and market access environment

Experience in analytics and reporting related to consumer, patient and HCP CRM campaigns including customer journeys, batch campaigns, and new product introductions

Experience with Adobe Marketo

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $144,900.00 to $241,500.00.* In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.   • The annual base salary for this position in Tampa, FL ranges from $130,400.00 to $217,300.00.
