Enterprise Systems Dynamics 365 Developer The Opportunity: The Enterprise Systems Analyst will support systems and processes that provide business continuity and support growth across all businesses. The position will ensure Tier 1 support is provided for support issues, develop system enhancements, reporting, and documentation that is re-usable across lines of business. The ideal candidate for this position can manage project work schedules, liaison with consultants, and has the capability to juggle multiple system enhancement projects, facilitate business requirement documentation, and manage helpdesk tickets. Responsibilities: Take complete ownership, end-to-end, of the SDLC. Create, update and deploy customizations and third-party add-ons. Create custom modules, workflows and business process flows. Manage releases across dev, staging and production environments. Build and configure CRM forms, views, dashboards and workflows. Maintain platform documentation and data dictionary. Implement and maintain data import and export scripting Manage permissions, roles and data privacy in the context of the CRM's users Setup, customize and maintain Power Portals for external users including design and implementation of a professional and effective user interface and experience Create and manage integrations to exchange data with third party APIs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Engineering or computer-related field or 5+ years' experience in software development working with Dynamic 365 CRM (preferably online/cloud) Experience in application development using C# and JavaScript Experience working with integrations such as Azure AD, Office 365 Exchange, SharePoint and PowerBI Experience establishing and managing external-facing Power Portals Proven Experience in hands-on data migration into CRM Demonstrated experience in Version Control Experience managing data integrations in and out of Common Data Service Experience with APIs, Logic Apps, Azure functions and Azure Service Bus. +Excellent organizational and project management skills: ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and different activities at the same time, and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with diverse and non-technical stakeholders; Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities and timelines. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a desire to learn software development. Excellent organizational skills, and follow-up with internal colleagues and supervisors on tasks and issues Microsoft Suite Certifications, and Microsoft Azure experience Software Development, DBA, SQL, ERP, CRM, or other IT-related experience is a plus
