Responsibilities

Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

The Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant is responsible for driving and executing the design and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage small to large size implementations, ample experience with agile implementation methodologies
  • Lead client meetings to gather business requirements and map the requirements to the solution capabilities
  • Perform gap analysis from requirements gathered to proposed solution
  • Write functional specification for all custom functions and integrations, enabling developers to write necessary custom code
  • Design and when needed, execute data conversion for all relevant data into Dynamics 365 CRM as per functional requirements
  • Manage and where needed, participate in all tasks relating to feature testing, solution testing, and user acceptance testing
  • Develop client specific training materials and lead end user training for clients in a one on one, online seminar and classroom style settings
  • Provide application support for clients
  • Exemplify professional, clear, timely communication in all interactions. Able to win the trust of the client and become their trusted advisor
  • Coach more junior resources
  • Support the sales efforts by providing input to prospect questions and prepare and execute product demos

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from an accredited college or university preferred
    • In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years of experience in the same or closely related field/occupation, may be counted towards 1 year of education
  • Dynamics 365 CRM certification preferred (Configuration and Customization, Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, Professional Service Automation)

Experience

  • Customarily has at least 4-6 years of customer facing project management or client engagement experience
  • Customarily has at least 4-6 years of technical experience
  • Demonstrated experience with designing and implementing integrations, solid understanding or integration requirements between CRM and ERP systems preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in business process design and documentation as they pertain to Dynamics 365 CRM. This includes Sales, Service, Field Service and Professional Service Automation preferred
  • Experience with Power BI and/or other reporting solutions relative to Dynamics 365 CRM a plus
  • Vertical Knowledge a plus (finance / manufacturing /healthcare/ etc.)

Work is performed primarily in an office or remote environment; final location is determined by business need. May be subject to time constraints and tight deadlines. May require occasional travel.

Compensation

The following information is required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act and the California Pay Transparency Act. This applies only to individuals working in the state of Colorado or in California. The anticipated starting pay range of Colorado and California applicants for this role is $148, 355 – $165,734 for CO and $156,912 - $175,280 for CA. Based on eligibility, compensation for the role may include variable compensation in the form of bonus, commissions, or other discretionary payments. These discretionary payments are based on company and/or individual performance and may change at any time. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications, and specific work location.
