The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Solutions Developer designs, develops, and implements business solutions to further expand our use of CRM across the organization based upon identified business requirements and use cases. Serves as the subject matter expert for all CRM development related issues, concerns, and needs.
• General understanding of CRM concepts, best practices, and terminology

• Hands-on working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) technology, security, and role management, including configuring, managing, and customizing specifically:
o Create and manage online solutions
o Customize forms and all associated components
o Design and implement personal & system views, visualizations, charts and dashboards
o Manage system and custom entities, relationships, ownership, and properties
o Develop and configure fields and their associated security, properties, relationships, and rules

• Hands-on working knowledge of PowerApps, Power Automate, custom workflows and business process flows within D365 CE

• Hands-on working knowledge of solution development/deployment and the Microsoft Dataverse

• Hands-on working knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, report creation, report deployment, and incorporating Power BI reports into D365 CE

• Working knowledge of the XRMToolbox

• Experience migrating data between Dynamics 365 CE and other platforms or databases

• Hands-on working knowledge of Tibco Scribe online data integration application development, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Hands-on working knowledge of SQL Server and writing SQL queries

• Basic understanding of HubSpot Marketing Hub

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and Word

• Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript

• Ability to organize and coordinate multiple simultaneous tasks in a team environment

• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

• Able to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical individuals
