IT CRM Administrator

Job Summary

Vaco Technology is looking for a CRM Administrator for a direct hire role located on the northside of Indianapolis. This role will serve as the CRM subject matter expert, closely working with stakeholders, and internal and external teams to provide process improvement, development, configuration, support, and training.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Manage the technical aspects of the CRM & Marketing platform
  • Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand and use data to manage their business needs; Identify gaps where information is needed from their team
  • Test system components for compliance with functional requirements
  • Contribute to development of strategic vision of CRM platform
  • Design and build objects, fields, page layouts, and flows
  • Define roles, groups, profiles, permission sets, and field-level security
  • Development lifecycle - build, test, and deploy new solutions and then to the production environment
  • Design and generate reports and dashboards
  • Work closely with Marketing to assist with developing and designing Customer and Marketing Needs
  • Support CRM end users with questions or system issues; work with leadership to track, prioritize and resolve any system bugs
  • Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a CRM Administrator or related data management position
  • Proficient with developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating a CRM platform
  • Ability to communicate with business stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Excel expert with some data analytics experience
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms
  • Ability to think technically, strategically, and creatively
  • Experience leading projects and expectations across multiple departments; experience with corporate and field-based teams
  • Proven ability to develop and communicate clear understanding of technical information and business needs to/from users, IT staff and partners
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate, influence and collaborate with stakeholders
  • CRM workflow creation and mapping design
  • Ability to remotely troubleshoot CRM issues and communicate with end users to resolve
