About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to lead CRM Data initiatives in Relationship Management enablement group as part of Commercial Banking Data Transformation & Sales Enablement

In this role, you will:

  • Work with Lead for CRM Conformance and Quality for CRM data and standards across Commercial Banking CRM ecosystem.
  • Execution advisor interfacing with Business partners to drive CRM data quality and conformance, to help meet the needs of Sales growth measurement
  • Ensure CRM data provides the necessary insights to measure/improve sales teams productivity and platform adoption.
  • Collaborate with Technology teams and other partner teams adopting Agile delivery model to deliver on initiatives.
  • Business Execution advisor to RMe leadership on CRM data initiatives, develop and implement information delivery or presentations to key stakeholders
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex CRM data topics that require solid analytical skills, extensive knowledge of Commercial Banking data, and understanding of business, delivering longer term scalable solutions
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to team for implementing innovative solutions
  • Lead team meetings or partner meetings to facilitate decision making and support implementation of recommendations and plans
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across multiple lines of businesses and serve as an experienced advisor to the leadership

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of advanced data analytics skills; proficient in data query and prep tools including MS Power BI, Tableau, SQL Server Management Studio
  • 5+ years' experience with Data Governance policies and Data Quality rules in defining and implementing Data Management Strategy of the group
  • 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining strategy of Customer MDM, Contact MDM, Customer-360 Master Data Management systems and understanding of DnB and other 3rd party systems
  • Articulate and demonstrated leadership capability
  • Ability to leverage data to visualize, articulate, and solve problems
  • Accurately analyze complex issues, ensure identification of underlying root causes
  • 5+ years of SQL experience
  • Solid creative and strategic thinking skills

Job Expectations:

  • Up to 10% travel may be required
