Our client is seeking a Salesforce Quality Engineering Manager reporting to the Director, Quality Engineering, to lead one or more teams of highly skilled software test engineers primarily working on their Salesforce-based solutions. We test features for one of the world’s 10 largest Salesforce instances, utilizing the core Salesforce platform, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and a wide variety of other tools to deliver cutting-edge solutions for both internal and external users.
We are looking for a motivated individual who can provide leadership and technical guidance to a talented team of test engineers and who is well versed with testing technologies.
Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Business System Analysts, Technical Architects, and the Product Scrum teams.
The primary responsibilities of the Manager, SFCC Quality Engineering are to direct and lead their respective Quality Engineering Team testing the Salesforce Application.
The Quality Engineers evaluate software requirements to design and execute functional test plans to ensure a quality product is delivered that meets the business objectives.
This is done by working closely with the primary stakeholders such as Product Managers, Business Systems Analysts, Technical Architects, and the Product Scrum teams.
