Marketing Associate - CRM
*Lead the strategic development of a customer-centric, loyalty-based approach and CRM initiatives; focused on run-the-business. Devises and implements strategies to deliver program goals.
*Manages 1:1 campaign from planning, briefing, creative development and production to measurement and evaluation through multiple channels (i.e email, sms, direct mailing, outbound calls)
*Supports customer strategies and new loyalty and rewards programs development
*Develop lead generation campaigns to drive new customers/consumers
*Collaborates with global CRM team and cross-functional areas to execute and evolve the program.
*Manages external & internal agency relationships and stakeholders to maximize efficiencies.
*Collates campaign results, review against projected results and make decisions that continually improve performance
*Identifies opportunities to enrich the experiences of the customer to generate customer loyalty.
*Accurate proofreading of all messaging
*Monitor email reporting dashboards and trends, making recommendations based on results
*Establish a strong working relationship with cross functional stakeholders in our Product Marketing, Ecommerce, Customer Service, and Strategy teams
*Stay current on marketing best practices in email, push and SMS and share learnings and insights regularly with the broader marketing team
*2+ years of experience in CRM and email marketing.
*Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while also being a team player who
*Comprehensive understanding of CRM Marketing and awareness of emerging platforms and trends
*Knowledge of email industry best practices including contact strategies, targeting and segmentation, A/B testing, and analytics
*Understanding of Digital Marketing
*Ability to collaborate with a variety of team members and levels in a matrix organization
*Strong analytic skills with experience in developing marketing plans by integrating consumer research and a variety of data types and sources.
*Strong project management skills with a clear focus on results
*Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
*Strong analytical capability with experience in reporting, data management, and analytics.
*Very proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Strong administrative and organizational skills with superb attention to detail.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate confidently yet diplomatically.
