WHAT YOU'LL DOThe CRM Product Owner is a leader on the Marketing & Client Team Tribe who has the overall responsibility of managing BCG’s CRM platform, Microsoft Dynamics, and partnering with other squads to ensure BCG’s CRM investment is maximized and fully integrated across the tech stack. This role is responsible for contributing to a compelling vision and delivering solutions that fit the needs of our stakeholders within the Marketing function and BCG at large. As the CRM Product Owner, you will…Manage product definition and delivery, driving sprint goals and scope through prioritized storiesImplement Agile principles and methodologies, including owning the team backlogs, defining and prioritizing epics, features, user stories and other artifacts to support development goals in collaboration with product management teamHelp implement proof of concepts and pilots to validate value of innovation, including defining project scope, requirements and success metricsRepresent the voice of the customer by working with the broader team and stakeholders to understand user personas, pain-points and journeysBuild relationships and trust across team members and with all levels of the BCG organization to collaborate and strive towards the team’s goals and best outcomesManage and facilitate meetings in a skilled manner that it is inclusive and collaborative in leadership styleProactively manage changes in project scope, identifying potential issues and devising contingency plans. You seek ingenious solutions to complex challenges and are always eager to grow your skills.A human-centered thinker who starts with people and thoughtfully considers the usefulness and usability of everything you create.A problem solver who uses your broad knowledge and experience to drive impact and think creatively to solve complex issues.A self-starter who can learn, understand and apply new technologies and work both independently and as part of a teamYOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)BS or higher, preferably in Marketing Technology or similar10 years related work experience, preferably in CRM, marketing technology and product developmentDeep experience in marketing technology, including linking product development with business outcomes (ideally in professional services firms)Experience with Agile development methodologies, user centered design and lean project processes preferredMust have experience managing business requirements through all phases of the development lifecycleMust be able to facilitate meetings and workshops, keeping participants engaged, attaining outcomes and deliverablesTechnical skillsExperience with CRM or similar technologiesExperience with Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO) or other management toolsStrong experience with MS Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)YOU'LL WORK WITHYou will be a leader on the Marketing and Client Team Tribe, which primarily collaborates across Marketing, IT and the Client Team. Your days will be spent working with all levels of the BCG organization including Managing Directors and Partners, their client teams, assistants.
