REMOTE MS Dynamics CRM Project Manager

General Function:

Responsible for all aspects of project management including resource allocation, project planning, client training, budget adherence, and process refinement. Ensuring project deliverables and the meeting of business objectives within schedules and budget. Serves as a focal point for the customer on a project roll-out.

The Senior Project Manager (Contract) will be the team leader, responsible for managing the CRM Solutions project scope and delivery. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Responsible for defining requirements, analyzing business needs, and validating solutions with the client. Details requirements through product development and other functions to support the project team. Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems.

Knowledge:

Must have demonstrated mastery knowledge level* with respect to the following:

  • Project planning & management methodologies
  • ITS organizational and operating structure
  • Budgeting, allocation processes and financial reports
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Required*)
    • Dynamics CRM implementations
    • Dynamics CRM integrations with other business systems and applications
    • User adoption
    • Support and training
    • Custom CRM automation

Responsibilities:

Leads the planning and implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Project to ensure achievement of corporate objectives.

  • Prepares the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables.
  • Defines project tasks and resource requirements.
  • Develops full scale project plans.
  • Ensures that project staff is selected and provides daily work direction to those assigned to projects to ensure continuing progress toward completion.
  • Manages project budget.
  • Manages project resource allocation.
  • Plans and schedules project timelines. Tracks progress of projects to ensure timely, quality completion within established budget and timelines.
  • Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provides direction and support to project team.
  • Constantly monitors and reports on progress of the projects to all stakeholders.
  • Presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions.
  • Implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Completes project evaluation and assessment of results including evaluation of team member's work.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to business owners and management.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of information technology project management experience
  • Expertise managing large projects in IT banking, finance or insurance
  • Knowledge of various software products such as Jira, MS Teams, Confluence, Service Now or SharePoint
  • Ability to travel up to 25% once offices are back open
