Job description:

  • Meet with users to determine business, functional and technical requirements
  • Understand the business challenges and opportunities of the organization and identify improvements in systems and processes
  • Manage system rights and access
  • Build and maintain system and process documentation
  • Provide CRM support including design of issue resolution and communication process
  • Function as Company Subject Matter Expert on SFDC (Salesforce) and CRM process standardization, best practices, key metrics and configuration standardization.
  • Perform configuration and customization of the Salesforce platform
  • Design, configure and administration of Salesforce including but not limited to, Custom Objects, Workflow/Process Builder, Custom Fields, Validation Rules, Visual Force Pages and Apex code
  • Deliver support and solutions for break/fix issues
  • Monitor Salesforce usage for compliance

Required Skills:

  • Certification as Salesforce Administrator
  • Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Web Services API
  • Fluency in MS Office applications
  • Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical customers, with exceptional interpersonal / communication skills, being able to translate information back to client stakeholders
  • Ability to translate customer requirements into specifications
  • 5 years working directly with Salesforce CRM
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to lead and foster effective teamwork ethic
  • Self-motivated, organized and detail-oriented, producing high quality delivery to strict deadlines
  • Strong presentation, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented sales-driven, metric-intense environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
  • Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualifications
  • Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
