Tatango is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our growing team!

As our Salesforce Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our go-to-market teams by owning the administration of our sales tech stack with a primary focus on Salesforce. The right candidate must be extremely well organized, quality-minded, and effective at implementing processes that enable our team members to be more productive in their roles. This is a remote work position based in the United States.

What You'll Do:

  • Own Salesforce administration for the company including all user administration, data management processes, dashboards & reports, data analysis, UI configuration, QA, testing, and integrations
  • Provide internal user support using Salesforce to enable day-to-day productivity
  • Work in partnership with the Marketing team to leverage utilizing HubSpot Marketing for integrations, reporting, and campaigns
  • Own the administration of all sales tech stack systems and tools including but not limited to Outreach, Gong, PandaDoc, Process Street, Intercom, and Seamless AI
  • Gather department and individual business needs and requirements, design customizations consistent with requirements, and deliver within timeframe and budget
  • Collaborate with go-to-market leadership and sales teams on list building and data management strategies to enable our teams to engage, convert, and grow clients
  • Collaborate with engineering resources as needed to integrate proprietary data/systems
  • Evaluate and recommend 3rd party software integrations to increase productivity
  • Own communication and accountability with 3rd party vendors for our sales tech stack
  • Implement automation within and between systems to increase our efficiency
  • Continually look for improvement opportunities and process automation

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce including Salesforce Administrator Certification
  • 3+ years of overall experience in a B2B technical sales environment
  • Ability to create and maintain Salesforce flows, quick actions, custom objects, and validation rules that provide the desired user experience
  • Proven track record of successfully developing solutions in Salesforce sandbox environments and deploying to production
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects effectively to completion
  • Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organized, independent, resourceful, and diligent in maintaining quality CRM data
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, team player who puts their team first and has fun!

Extra Credit:

  • Sales Cloud Certification
  • Experience with HubSpot and Outreach.io
  • Ability to apply principles of an agile development process including backlog management, planning and running sprints, and incorporating user feedback regularly
