The Salesforce Administrator/Sales Operations Associate plays a vital role in enhancing sales effectiveness by developing, maintaining, and executing critical sales operations processes. This position demands an individual with strong sales operations experience and deep analytical skills. This individual will work collaboratively on a daily basis directly with the global sales team to support the delivery of strategic goals (including bookings growth and strategic sales motions).


  • "Hand's On" Sales Support: Provide essential support, guidance, and troubleshooting to the sales team in their day-to-day operations.
  • System Administration: Serve as the CRM system Salesforce point of contact, overseeing data integrity and cross-team usage.
  • Process Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for sales processes, standard operating procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge sharing within the sales team.
  • Sales Process Management: Oversee and improve the end-to-end sales process to align with company goals. Leverage industry best practices to identify and implement solutions for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong communication and collaboration between the sales team and other departments, including marketing, finance, and customer support, to ensure seamless cross- functional operations.

Responsibilities :

  • Understand client/strategic partner purchasing and invoicing processes, collecting necessary documentation to expedite business closure.
  • Generate sales documents, including Quotes, Work Orders, Amendments, and other requested materials in client-friendly formats.
  • Prioritize and handle client inquiries related to product configurations, billing, invoicing, deployments, and miscellaneous questions.
  • Create ad hoc reports using, covering all sales activities, bookings, leads, opportunities, budget versus actual, etc.
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of the company's database, ensuring organized, professional, and accessible sales documents and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the billing department to resolve questions and issues as needed.
  • Develop, implement, and update processes and procedures in line with company quality and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure Salesforce environment meets functionality and performance needs.
  • Document updates, workflows, policies, and processes in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Assist with Opportunity management in Salesforce to maintain updated data for weekly executive management forecasting.
  • Provide training and support to sales personnel on operational processes.
  • Assist with complex / time-consuming tasks for the sales team as required.
  • Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the CRM system.
  • Act as a strong team player representing the Sales Operations function with integrity and partnership.
  • Exhibit strong prioritization skills, managing a busy schedule and multitasking in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.


  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience in sales support, sales operations, and/or analytics.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in sales analytics tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Hands-on experience with
  • Certification as a Salesforce Associate or Salesforce Admin.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, project prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in handling shifting priorities.


  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Certification.
