The primary responsibility of this role is to listen to the business requirements and document all the technical, functional, and non-functional requirements needed to solve for the business need. Designing the user experience within the Salesforce platform and the ability to tell a story through visual process flows and documented JIRA user stories and technical requirements are the core function of this role. Experience in UX tools, journey mapping and creating prototypes using tools similar to Figma or other will make you a preferred candidate.You will work alongside a great team of Salesforce engineers, scrum masters and data engineers who constantly strive towards developing each other and driving the organization's aspirations ahead.Quality standards are paramount to us, and we need you to assure that all teams' individual work as well as dependent teams' work is well documented with accurate acceptance criteria.An ideal candidate for this role is laser focused on delivering to our company's objectives, able to wear multiple hats, has collaborative attitude to drive shared success with various stakeholders and comes with strong acumen in Salesforce technologies and Agile methodologies.Your demonstrated acumen in the Salesforce technologies, certifications in both Salesforce and Agile/Scrum will differentiate you as a candidate of choice for us. These credentials are strongly preferred.Position ResponsibilitiesStrategy & PlanningParticipate in the product increment planning and document all user stories in collaboration with the business product owner.Build functional, non-functional, and technical requirements from a business requirement.Clearly document the acceptance criteria for all user stories.Assist in creating estimates for the user stories.Assist in creating test driven development information.Product validationPerform all product validation through the sprints and during the deployment.Assist the quality assurance engineers on the team to validate the user stories in the lower environments.Perform user acceptance testing and scenario testing to ensure product's conformance to the quality standards.Perform production validation to ensure the product enhancement met the intended requirements.Operational efficiencyEnsure that the Salesforce platform backlog is comprehensive with sized user stories.Build all requirements and continue to refine them iteratively.Track all dependent team's requirements and ensure smooth sprints execution.Assist in co-ordinating the go-live activities including the execution of the deployment plans and checklists.Assist in creating the pre-planned communications about the product to all stakeholders.Assist in ensuring that the sprint goals are met each sprint.Position RequirementsFormal Education & CertificationCollege diploma or university degree.Certifications in Salesforce technologiesKnowledge & Experience3+ years of experience in the Salesforce platform ecosystem.3+ years of proven experience with product analysis, writing requirements, conducting business interviewsExperience using JIRA is required.Knowledge in Figma or any other UI/UX tools is strongly preferred.Strong working knowledge of Salesforce technologies.Excellent software troubleshooting experience.Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives.Personal AttributesHungry to learn, demonstrated continuous learning of relevant skillsExcellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to conduct research and understand current state and define future state.Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and business languages.Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.Work Conditions Hybrid work environment with some days in the office and some days remote.Travel required for product planning workshops#LI-TD1Special Working Conditions:Fast paced, multi-tasking environment.Important Notice:This position description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing in the role and is not a contract.
