Current Need We are seeking a Product Owner - Sales Process Salesforce.com to join our innovative and Agile focused team utilizing the latest Salesforce.com technologies. Job Summary The Salesforce.com Product Owner is part of the Sales Effectiveness team and responsible for managing the McKesson Pharmaceutical Solutions and Services (PSaS) sales and support processes by collaborating effectively across multiple segments and functions. Responsible for owning the Salesforce.com sales process by collaborating effectively across multiple PS&S (Pharmaceutical Solutions & Services) functions. Responsibilities include defining and improving the Salesforce.com sales processes and functionality thru measuring, analyzing, documenting, and testing while using project management and Agile development methods. Key Responsibilities Own Salesforce.com sales and support functional process Understand the sales and support team processes related to new business and existing business management Develop and lead requirements gathering sessions with sales and support teams focused on improving salesforce.com sales process Proactively and collaboratively identify salesforce.com sales process improvements benefiting the sales and support organization by building process documents, system requirements and identifying key performance indicators Ensure Salesforce.com user experience is optimized and drives adoption Build and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners Support users by responding to non-admin questions submitted by sales team and communicating resolution in a timely manner Translate business requirements to the Technology team Communicate requirements and value drivers during prioritization planning sessions Participate in Agile cadence such as Scrum standup meetings, backlog grooming sessions, review and retrospective meetings Translate business partner requirements to technology architects, scrum team leader and developers Write detailed Agile user stories specifications Collaborate with architect and developers to define complex solutions Lead demo review and user acceptance test planning and execution Lead change management, training, adoption strategy and strategic planning efforts Develop training, go-live, and communication plans related to new feature launches Collaborate with business partners to develop and track adoption strategy metrics Support users by responding to non-admin questions submitted by sales team and communicating resolution in a timely manner Serve as source of truth for system functionality Participate and support stakeholders through user acceptance test planning, execution, and ensure Salesforce configuration meets business need Minimum Job Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree: Business Process Management, Information Systems or another business, process, computer or process-based discipline or equivalent experience Experience 5 years of product ownership or product / program management and a record of success in analyzing, designing, and deploying features across products and solutions 1 year(s) experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM / SFA or similar platform Specialized Knowledge/Skills Ability to use strong communication skills to convey complex ideas to a wide diversity of people, including technical, business, and leadership teams Strong analytics skills needed Strong business acumen needed Experience with development tools including Atlassian or JIRA, Experience with UX technologies preferred Experience with visualization reporting tools Experience in working with various stakeholders in the development of technical solutions Excellent technical depth in requirements development suitable for development Running pilot programs and A/B testing Gathering and analyzing aggregate and objective feedback related to product development Knowledge of Data Warehousing principles and dimensional models and how data is sourced is strongly preferred Troubleshooting and problem-solving Environment Office-based Physical Requirements Large percentage of time performing computer based work is required Career Level P3 At McKesson, we care about the well-being of the patients and communities we serve, and that starts with caring for our people.
