Job Position: Salesforce Administrator with Capital Market experience

Location: NYC, NY/ Hybrid 

Senior SF admin with capital markets experience 

Job Responsibilities:

• Automating processes using Salesforce automation tools, such as Process Builder, Workflows, Formulas, Flow, Assignment Rules, Email Alerts
• Driving CRM tools integration with Salesforce.com
• Performing Salesforce configuration and customization
• Building reporting dashboards to measure activities and performance
• Promoting user adoption of Salesforce
• Owning processes promoting data integrity, data governance, data hygiene and compliance
• Document business processes and system requirements

Required Skillsets:

• Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Development including custom objects, Apex, Triggers, web services, VisualForce, process builder, dynamic layouts, apps, and/or migration tools
• Experience with ZoomInfo, RIVA, CAPIQ, Tier1CRM is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce configuration options, data model/architecture, and security model
• Manage all aspect of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles & permissions
• Ability to deal with complex data models and large data sets
• A proactive attitude to platform enhancements using declarative solutions
• Design and delivery of scalable, best practice solutions
• Exposure to DevOps tools like AutoRabit, Copado etc

Required Job Qualifications:

• Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)
• Salesforce App Builder certification is preferred
