Senior Salesforce Director Term Full-Time position Location San Jose, CA Sales Director will partner with executive leadership team to develop strategies to advance business transformation objectives. He She will serve in the internal advisory capacity as a technology strategist and Subject Mater Expert across all the levels. Leads and sets-up organizationrsquos Center of Excellence with skilled workforce and implements the best practices around the CRM area of interest, will grow, lead a dedicated Salesforce team of professionals. Leads organization-wide CRM methodology and framework governing Program and Portfolio Management, Systems Development and Technology Governance. Responsible to build, operate, transform, and lead a multi-million technology portfolio that enables core business objectives. Assemble cross-functional teams of experts in process improvement, business operations, and data management to grow future state capabilities Act as a lead for all Salesforce strategy, requirements, integrations, development, and administration Qualifications Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in Salesforce development with experience in Building, Managing and Transforming to Salesforce for enterprise environment. Act as a lead for all Salesforce strategy, requirements, integrations, development, and administration Experience with Salesforce implementation or experience in developing, managing, or enhancing Salesforce CRM platforms Should have a deep understanding Salesforce of Salesforce, Sales, Service, Marketing Clouds, Customer Data Platform etc. Ability to project-manage effectively, and manage several concurrent projects through collaboration across teamsgeographies Must be able to lead strategic projects forward in Salesforce Understanding of sales and digital marketing platforms and working knowledge of sales systems and tools Demonstrable leadership and influencing skills in a team setting, including extended teams where members are not always direct reports. Good understanding of Product Evolution Proven track in consulting or leading digital innovation programs based on the Salesforce ecosystem Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills Experience in product and business model innovation Good business thinking, analytical skills and understanding of ROI Extensive experience in program management in IT and Software program delivery Exceptional analytical thinking acumen to solve business problems and articulate key findings to senior leadersstakeholders in a succinct and concise manner As leader, strong hands-on analytics experience, drive, and curiosity.
