Part-time Position: SalesForce Marketing Cloud - Support and Maintenance

Location: 100% Remote role

Duration: 8+ Month

Consultant will be required to work only 25-40 hrs./Month for this project.

Looking to hire part-time temporary services to support development and maintenance of our implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC). The work will primarily consist of providing backup technical support to our in-house administrators and developers, as well as documentation and training opportunities to increase staff knowledge of some of this work.

Scope of Work

1. Documentation:

a. Looking for someone with the skills and knowledge of Salesforce Marketing cloud to be able to evaluate the current data model and create documentation that accurately depicts the object relationships in our database, and be able to convey them to staff that are not well versed in the use of marketing cloud.

b. Implement and document a development environment in a SF sandbox that will allow for the development of solutions and tests to happen in an environment that is not in production.

2. Data Extension Development:

a. Once the candidate has learned our data structure, we would like them to provide support to various programs in the creation or utilization of data extensions, and the documentation of those uses with the goal of conveying the purpose and scope to a wider audience.

3. Journeys

a. We would like the candidate to use their skills in journey creation to create contact journeys. This will include use of the full set of journey options available.

b. We would also like the candidate to be able to create data journeys, which will also use the Salesforce CRM integration to get data from salesforce CRM and in some cases, push data back into it.

4. AMPscripts

a. We require a candidate who has expertise in using AMPscripts to streamline the population of dynamic content in email journeys.

5. User support

a. We require someone who has experience managing users in SFMC and with integration of accounts.

6. Knowledge-sharing Opportunities:

a. For our internal staff, we would require someone who is capable of providing documentation, walk-throughs, on-demand one-on-one or group trainings on specific concepts.
