• The Salesforce Platform Developer/Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the platform and supporting product development and implementation on the Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Services platform. You will collaborate with multi-functional teams (management, mobile, API developers, UX designers, test engineers, operations engineers, scrum, product and business leaders) to participate digital product development initiatives for the IT Digital Accelerator group. You are a strong, hands-on technical individual, an independent, critical and analytic thinker, have superb communication skills and rapidly adapt to changing business and customer demands.
• 1. Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform using APEX, VisualForce, LWC etc. to support critical business functions and meet project objectives. Testing the stability and functionality of the application
• 2. Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instance, and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving requirements and Salesforce release
• 3. Administering and creating Salesforce Page Layouts, Recording Types, Roles, Permission sets, Formulas, Custom Objects atc
• 4. Administering and creating custom workflows using Process builders, flows etc
• 5. Managing version upgrades of the Salesforce platforms and the applications running on it
• 6. Manage Salesforce orgs and execute full lifecycle deployments from development to sandbox production
• 7. Support user set ups and assign them appropriate Roles, Profiles and Permission sets
