Description

The Salesforce Project Manager's primary responsibility will be to manage the Salesforce system projects from start to finish, ensuring that stakeholder expectations are met in a timely manner. The Project Manager will work closely with the Salesforce Architect, external developers, and internal FEI stakeholders to ensure that the Salesforce system is capable of the essential functions for the business and enhancing the user experience within the organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Collaborate throughout the FEI department Leaders on suitable business processes new or changes that are needed to improve growth.

•Must have a great understanding of Salesforce Administration duties! ServiceMax and FinancialForce experience would be a plus! or other integrated applications experience as well.

•Own & Support Salesforce projects including documentation of business requirements, solution, technical design, test plans, and coordination with our internal sponsors.

•Work hands-on with the technology teams on solutions designs and life cycle development for each project. •Basic understanding of Lightning components and advanced functionality.

•Assist with the development documents and training materials and assist users through the training on new functionality or current business processes & functions.

•Use Salesforce best practices while solving technical problems.

•Determine scalable solutions with your team and help coordinate development. QA and deployment into Production.

•Clear collaborative communication with the Users; Timely escalate critical issues and communicate with the business timeline for resolutions.

•Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

•5+ years proven work experience as a Senior Salesforce Administrator.

•Current Salesforce administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certifications.

•Proficient in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud with "Lightning experience".

•Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, workflows, process builder, flows, validation rules, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas.

•Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on CRM and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes.

•Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests.

•Experience with data analysis and report creation.

•Extensive experience in the administration & maintenance of Salesforce systems.

•Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.

•Strong project management skills.

•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

•Solid analytical capabilities - data driven decision making with strong results orientation.

•Demonstrated ability to work directly with customers, teams and external consultants. T

his role requires the individual to be forward thinking, detail oriented, and have strong problem solving and analytical skills.

•Bachelor's Degree (BA) from four-year college or university in Computer Science or related technical discipline preferred.
