Description

* Provide application support including but not limited to, troubleshooting system errors, and pre-emptive identification and resolution of issue

* Create reports in Salesforce as required

* Work with all key stakeholder groups to identify datasets that require cleansing and loading into Salesforce

* Follow all IT processes and procedures for handling incidents

* 5+ years of Salesforce experience in a system support role

* Experience of supporting Salesforce user groups in a customer- facing role in Production environment

* Hands-on experience with troubleshooting technical issues in Salesforce

* Salesforce Administrator Certification
