As a Senior Product Manager, CRM, you'll focus on modernizing and evolving our CRM product to deliver next-generation sales support and optimization throughout our onboarding and post-onboarding processes. You'll shape the strategic direction of the CRM to drive the next best action for keeping dealers highly engaged and active in our programs. We're looking for someone who advocates for the end-user and stakeholder by empathizing and understanding user needs, remaining focused on desired outcomes, and becoming the domain expert. You'll analyze data through the lens of the customer and identify goals, metrics/key performance indicators, and analytics to determine product value. You'll serve as the visionary to set vision and direction and champion high-impact outcomes; acts as a bridge between strategy and execution to translate plans into action, iterating as necessary. You'll champion the end-to-end platform and is an expert in the systems and users they support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (you must have this) B2B experience with external stakeholders and currently working in a SDLC environment. Experience managing a CROM at a Product Manager capacity (not an analyst) Minimum 7 years of experience as a Product Manager or related position Experience and understanding of consumer auto financing Minimum 5 years of experience with CRM tools in a B2B capacity, such as Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, etc. Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle Integration mind-set and approach to ensure product dependencies and integration points are understood and delivered across product lines Inherently curious, results-driven with the ability to make difficult decisions, ask probing questions and look for root causes, opportunities, and solutions Strong written and oral communications skills, especially the ability to clarify and simplify complex topics Organized self-starter who develops plans and is committed to hitting delivery dates; ability to perform with minimal supervision in a team environment Experience working according to Agile principles, sprint-based approaches, taking a prioritized, pragmatic approach to ensure the correct product gets built and delivered on time. Experience using data mining tools, customer experience management software, and direct observation to identify user behavior, design, and refine product features Demonstrated ability to improve business key performance indicators through product management Proficiency with standard MS productivity tools (Office, Visio, and Project), web analytics and pathing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Suite, Tea Leaf, Real Story), collaboration tools (e.g. Mural, Miro), Product management (e.g. Jira, Rally, etc.) Ability to travel 0-15% of the time If you're a passionate Senior Product Manager looking to work for an innovative and dynamic company, this is the opportunity you've been waiting for!
