The Senior DT Project Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of Salesforce products at GE Appliances. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and will utilize project management expertise to drive product launches through the entire product lifecycle, including technical strategy, workstream decomposition, timelines, dependency management, reporting, and risk mitigation.
The role involves collaborating with GE Appliances' service divisions and reporting to the Senior DT Manager of Field Services to establish plans for enhancing technology employed in the field on an ongoing basis.

How You'll Create Possibilities
- Utilizing Agile methodology, this position will lead one major initiative within the Salesforce implementation while supporting other business analysts and project managers to drive the successful launch of the final product.
- Influence and guide business stakeholders to achieve business and project goals.
- Coordinating with technical teams on projects, ensuring project execution is done as per deadlines, and providing regular updates to stakeholders on the progress of projects, risks/mitigations, and fiscal status.
- Develop and manage detailed project scope, schedule, & milestones using standard company tools and establish processes for the creation/management of user stories, epics, and sprint management.
- Manage relations with outsourced vendors by defining statements of work, assigning tasks, and communicating expected deliverables.
- Gather, create, and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) business requirements, data flow diagrams, process workflows, use case scenarios, user story refinement, and functional design for development.
- Develop a robust communication plan that provides leaders with key metrics on the overall health of the project.
- Assist with Salesforce sandbox configuration/setup, test case development, performance/load testing, and end-to-end functional/regression testing of projects.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business or equivalent experience
- Scrum Master Certification
- Salesforce Service Cloud, CRM
- Extensive experience in software development methodologies such as Agile/Waterfall and proven ability to work on multiple projects throughout all SDLC phases.
- Proficiency in the use of JIRA
- Demonstrated business acumen, and possesses strong analytical, organizational, and process improvement skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree
- Experience in the use of SmartSheets
- Experience working with global teams
