*Position Summary*
The Software Developer Specialist I is responsible for the review, analysis, and modification of Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) programming systems. These responsibilities including coding, testing, debugging, and documenting
programs for new or existing systems in accordance with project plans and specifications. This colleague is also responsible
for delivering quality customer service, as well as, incorporating and adhering to requirements defined by Concentra
technology standards.
Additionally, the Specialist will provide accurate and timely completion of technical development and support tasks in
accordance with Information Systems standards and methodologies and work under the supervision of the Software
Development Manager.

*The Details*
 Manage and support the teams daily scrum meetings for development prioritization, requirements gathering and
testing. Work with the IS team to manage the development pipeline as it relates to releases for the CRM product
 Handle daily support requests received. Provide second level assessment, support and resolution of issues including
root cause. Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the production support team
and Service Now
 Use development tools, SQL Server, SSIS, SSRS and Power BI develop to support reporting needs for the CRM
Dynamics and marketing applications
 Assist with user admin and configuration changes as needed in the CRM Dynamics Application. Support end user
auditing and user access support
 Learn and grow in using JavaScript, C# to support the CRM Dynamics Product development pipeline. Learn to write
and configure Forms, Plugins, Workflows, and other development items for the application

 College degree in related field from an accredited college or university or equivalent education and experience
 In lieu of undergraduate degree, the ratio is 1:1 meaning one year of college equals one year of work experience and
vice versa

*Job-related Experience*
 Customarily has at least 1 year of experience with CRM systems and exposure to application development in a
supporting role
 Experience with CRM applications and Sales/Customer Service processes a plus
