Support & configuration of Salesforce platform, include: Providing guidance to onshore & offshore support teams; Responsible for L3 incident management; Provide L1 & L2 guidance & tools to support low-level system issues, enhancements & configuration requests; Ensure that the team meets established support SLAs; providing ad hoc reporting & dashboards; Provide management updates on any P2 or higher support incidents; & work with vendors to coordinate to 3rd party system upgrades. Bachelor's degree or its foreign equivalent in Applied Computer Science or related. 3 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation (Salesforce Developer or Architect). 3 years experience leading solution architecture design & delivery of implementation in full-life cycle CRM engagements; leading technical discussions with internal & external partners; developing integrations between Salesforce & Financial systems; developing Salesforce functionality using out of the box configurations & customizations; using & implementing Aura Framework & Lightening Web components; experience with lead to contract process; & experience working in cloud environment.
