Overview:

Must be a le to communicate with different department leaders.

Must also being aggressive with driving project scope and driving project completion with educating the staff on the full capabilities of the software.

This person needs to be able to teach the staff about the tools insurance-specific benefits so they can customize and automate as much as possible.

Need to have a background of working with an insurance agent like end- clients.

Also, preferred background in property and casualty insurance is a plus.

Will have to define the scope of work directly with the business.

When the final product is implemented, it needs to go smoothly.

Needs to drive this project; they are counting on this resource to do so.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Experience conducting several successful Salesforce implementations

Experience Developing RFI's and Scope of work

Must have experience working with insurance agents

Prefer experience working with property and casualty insurance

Strong communication skills

Experience working with Business side and technical team members

Experience driving project scope

10+ years' experience of project management MINIMUM

Certified PM PREFERRED

Agile Certifications a plus

Experience with waterfall and agile

Expert knowledge of Salesforce (SME)
